Just wanted to say thank you for the professional courtesy and patience you’ve provided. I had never purchased a dog without seeing it in person or had it sent using airline courier service and was a bit apprehensive at first. After you explained the care that would be shown and process I decided to go ahead to purchase and am very glad. I prepared for his arrival by bringing all sorts of cleaning supplies and towels because I thought the puppy would arrive a bit dirty, But didn’t need any of them! To my surprise Dat-Zee arrived spotlessly clean and absolutely smelled like a puppy and Nothing else. His kennel was damp but this was from his water bowl which still had water in it. He was wide awake in excellent condition, wagging his tail, trying to lick his way through the door of his travel kennel instantly when he arrived. Here is a photo of him just minutes after being let out of his travel kennel once home. A Healthy and Happy Puppy instantly, THANK YOU! I wholeheartedly recommend Zauberberg to anyone considering one of their pups.
An action packed first 2 days for sure.
