 The Rottweiler standard written by the German Rottweiler Club in Germany (ADRK) describes him as compact and powerful, with great strength, maneuverability and endurance.
German Rottweilers "vom Zauberberg" are bred pursuing the completion of the German standard of Rottweilers in temperament and structure. After moving from Germany to the United States in 1991 and continued to train and breed German Rottweilers in Arizona. Joining the United States Rottweiler Club (USRC) I had discovered the playground for the German style working Rottweiler in America. Putting all my effort into USRC, I titled numerous Rottweilers for Schutzhund titles, breed tests and advanced breed suitability tests. In 1999 I reached second place at the USRC National Schutzhund 3 competition with my stud dog Douglas vom Haus Supke, SchH 3, V-rated conformation, breed suitability test (BST) and one of the very first dogs in America to accomplish the Advanced Breed Suitability test (ABST). In 1998 I was elected as South West Regional Director until I was elected President of the United States Rottweiler Club in 2002. In 1999 my wife Linda and I founded the Rottweiler Kennel “vom Zauberberg”, in Mc Neal, Arizona. It is situated on 240-acres of land. All of our Rottweilers utilized in our breeding program are imported or first generation born here at “vom Zauberberg”. Rottweiler puppies or adult Rottweilers are carefully selected by us to fit the prospective buyer’s needs.
